Hosted by: Albury Wodonga ACF, Woolshed Thurgoona Landcare group, other local Landcare groups, Earth Canvas, Knitting Nanas, Seedsavers, BirdLife Australia and more
All welcome! BYO food and drink (and something to sit on), and enjoy the day with friends, family, and the local community.
There will be some fun activities, including an area dedicated to water bug activities - thank you Ali Mitchell. There will also be platypus activity sheets for the youngsters.
The Australian Conservation Foundation (Albury) will have a gazebo and there will be other displays for you to wander around.
Come along and enjoy the day, take part in activities aimed at increasing biodiversity awareness and meet some of the many local environment groups we have in Albury and surrounds. Learn about what we do to protect nature and enhance where we live.
This is a family friendly day and an opportunity to celebrate nature in beautiful surrounds.
The meeting place is Noreuil Park (please see map below, and the area marked in red, as the venue has changed from Hovell Tree Park)
Please note that your RSVP information will be shared with co-host organisations.
