Please join us in Tedbury Creek Reserve, Pennant Hills to grow food for wildlife and have a Picnic for Nature with some native plant tastings!
Follow the signs for Growing Food for Wildlife Project off 19 Wearne Ave, Pennant Hills.
1pm start, followed by cleaning out a large area of land of its weeds.

BYO some afternoon tea and a picnic rug.
This will be a great opportunity to learn about native gardening, local plant species, local wildlife and to have a laugh and connect with locals and wildlife rehabilitators in the area! There will be an educational talk, weeding, watering, general maintenance of plots, planting new exciting plants, discussions about wildlife and lots of laughs.
Come along and help grow food for native animals in the care of local wildlife rescue groups.

- Hat
- Sunscreen
- Gardening Gloves if you have them
- BYO afternoon tea
After the hard work we will roll out the picnic rugs and a chair or two and take in the beauty of this beautiful area
