On the 16th of October this year, we'll be holding our first Picnic for Nature where communities across the state will come together to host and hold picnics to celebrate nature. But this is more than just a fun day of getting outside with family and friends. It’s an opportunity to appreciate the natural beauty and biodiversity of your local area and a chance for you to connect with your community. 

Coal Ash Community Alliance, alongside others, are co-hosting a Picnic for Nature at Myuna Bay Foreshore Reserve from 11am to 3pm.  They are organising an amazing program, from fun activities for the kids, to discussions on what's next for the area. Bring a picnic lunch and something to sit on. And don't forget your family and friends. Come along. It's going to be a great day.
