Join us at our “Picnic for Nature” event on 16 October at Cooma Centennial Park. The morning will start off with free tea, coffee, and cupcakes under our gazebos, where you can learn about your local environmental groups, what they do, and what issues face the local environment. We'll be running a quiz, with an excellent prize to be won! Take a look at some electric cars and an e-bike to see what our electric vehicle future will look like. Native plant nurseries will be set up nearby, making it easy for you to turn your love for the environment into action, by planting native flora that benefit our wildlife in your back garden. At 11am, all groups will be presenting educational talks (three minutes each), and joining together for a big group photo in front of the picnic for nature banner. Please join us for a free coffee, cupcake, and a chat - we'd love to meet you!
Please note that your RSVP information will be shared with co-host organisations.
