The Nature Conservation Council of NSW (NCC) is the state’s peak environment organisation, representing over 200 local, state and national environment organisations in NSW.
The NCC Organising Team is responsible for growing and supporting NCC’s membership and the NSW environmental movement. We work to identify and develop community leaders, organise events like NCC’s Annual Conference and Picnic for Nature.
To help deliver our plans, support our member groups and help advocate for nature, we are looking for a dedicated individual to assist our team in an administrative capacity.

- Contribute to the development and delivery of community organising projects

POSITON PURPOSE:
The NCC Community Organising Admin Volunteer will liaise with NCC Member groups and provide administrative support to the Organising Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact NCC member groups and other environment-based groups via the phone and through emails to invite their group to take part in events like Picnic for Nature.
- Working with spreadsheets and the Nation Builder database to record and track member group details and event information.
- Assist with event organising, including research, publicity and logistics.
