850 coal seam gas wells will have a major impact on the Pilliga Forest near Narrabri. The Pilliga is the largest temperate forest we have left in the state. Turning it into an industrial gas field will poison groundwater and carve up the forest with roads and pipelines. Join us online to hear directly from voices across North West NSW on why the government's gas recovery led plan is a disaster. Our panelists: Jane Judd, conservationist Jane is a conservationist, member of Coonabarabran Residents Against Gas and former Lock the Gate North West coordinator. David Paull, ecologist David is an ecologist who currently resides in Coonabarabran. David quit the NSW Environment Office after numerous resource projects in NSW were given the green tick at the cost of the environment.
