Constitution
We are governed by a democratic constitution that empowers our members to elect an Executive Committee, adopt resolutions and determine policy.
Executive Committee
Our Board is nominated and elected by members at the Annual Conference.

Annual Conference
The Annual Conference is where members elect the Executive Committee and formulate policies. It is also a chance for member groups to raise issues important to the broader environment movement.

Regional Conference
We also hold an annual Regional Conference which shines a spotlight on a different region in NSW each year, empowering member groups, supporters and local communities by providing a platform to highlight the issues facing nature before a state-wide audience.

Representatives
